1. How can I order?
You can either go to the STORE page and order there OR you may fill out this form and put it in the ask box or send to kpopproducts@gmail.com.

If you want to use PayPal but you would like a few days to pay, PLEASE USE THE ORDER FORM.  

2. How do I request an item?
You can send me name of the item to either the ask box or kpopproducts@gmail.com. I will  try to find it at the cheapest price from a reliable store and reply to you with an estimate. You can then decide if you would like to purchase the item. Payment can be sent via Paypal or concealed cash. There is a service fee of $2/item. 

3. What types of payment do you accept?
Concealed cash, PayPal and credit card. For details on how to pay with a credit card, see below.

4. How do I pay with concealed cash?
When you order, select “money order” and please leave your email address. I will then email you the address that you will need to send the cash to. You may also leave your email address in the ask box.
The money needs to be in US dollars. 
Exact money only. I will not be sending change back.

5. I don’t have a PayPal account. How do I pay with credit card?
Check the box that says “credit card” when you go to checkout. You’ll need to enter your email address also.
It will redirect you to a PayPal site and click on “Don’t have a PayPal account?”
You can then complete the payment with your credit card. 

6. Do you accept refunds or returns?
There are no refunds except under the following conditions:
-Item was damaged because of poor packaging. 
-Item is no longer available.
-Item was not received (applicable only for silicone bracelets and glasses necklaces)
There are also no returns allowed. I will make sure the products are in acceptable conditions before I send them out.

7. How much is shipping?
It is free within the U.S.
International shipping: $2/item

8. Where will you be shipping from?
From the US (Southern CA).

9. What service will you use to ship the product?
USPS. 

10. Is there a fee for using PayPal?
